60-minute visit $155

Payment for your visit will be collected at the start of the appointment. Many of my healthcare providers implement this practice, and I appreciate it as a patient.

Forms of payment: I welcome credit cards and checks.
Contactless payment: I accept Zelle and Apple Cash. You can also send these prior to the visit.

Please let me know if you need a receipt to submit to your healthcare insurance company and I would be happy to provide one with the required codes. I email the reciept in a PDF format.
