All appointment confirmations, reminders, and wait-list bookings are sent to the email you provide on the ChARM system. ** Do not reply to email confirmations. They are auto-generated and will not reach me. Please email me directly if you need to change an appointment.
New Patients: When your appointment is confirmed, you will need to register with the ChARM online system and fill out the questionnaires on your profile BEFORE the time of your visit.
Appointment Openings: I’m excited to offer appointments in my schedule! Sometimes the wait list doesn’t fill all the spots, so please, always feel free to reach out and let me know you’d like to come in.
Wait-list: If you would like to be notified of any openings, please let me know and I’ll add you to the list of email recipients. This means that when I have an opening and you’re on the list you’ll receive an email announcement that goes to everyone on the list. If you’d like the appointment that opened please email me (link provided). I hope to cut down the time lost when emailing individually.
You can also add yourself to the wait list option for individual days provided on my online schedule. I always keep an eye on that, too.
